Vipassana Retreats with Naropa

Trimurti Sacha Retreat Center – Czech Republic

Vipassana retreats take place at the beautiful Trimurti Sacha Retreat Center in the Czech Republic.

What is Vipassana?

Vipassana means insight—seeing things as they truly are. It reveals who you are and what you have become. It is not a technique or a method; it is an art. It belongs to no religion.

Naropa’s Approach

Naropa’s unique approach to vipassana helps awaken your essence. His form is called tantric vipassana—intense, relaxed, and playful—because everything is interconnected. Meditation, in this view, is not separate from life; it is life itself.

Consciousness and love meet as our living reality. Daily group sharing with Naropa and the presence of the Gayatri Mantra support this transformative process.

Silence

The retreat is held in silence. There is no use of phones, reading, writing, or external distractions. We turn inward—directly meeting ourselves.

Daily Practice

We have six sessions daily of one hour or 45 minutes, as well as walking meditations. Each day we recite the Gayatri Mantra and create space for movement.

Practical Information

The retreat begins on Tuesday evening at 8:00 pm (registration from 4:00 pm) and ends on Sunday with dinner at 6:00 pm.
