Vipassana means insight or seeing. It is much more than a technique; it is an art and a way of life.

This light is your true essence. It is also called awareness. Vipassana supports awakening.

Participants experience the retreats as intense and powerful, yet also relaxed and playful. The intensity of Being increases. Being together with Naropa deepens the effect of Vipassana. Love and consciousness meet and merge.

The retreat takes place entirely in silence. Reading, writing, and phone use are not allowed. There is also no non-verbal communication between participants. In this way, we dissolve into presence, free from distraction.

Each day includes six meditation sessions of 45–60 minutes, alternating with walking meditations. The Gayatri Mantra is recited daily, and there is space for movement.

The retreat begins on Tuesday afternoon with registration and ends on Sunday at 5:00 PM.

Price for the 5-day retreat

The costs are divided into two parts:

• Naropa’s 5-day program
• Accommodation including meals

Naropa’s program

Cost: €250

Accommodation at Trimurti

Accommodation costs vary depending on the type of room and include meals. Please see the registration form for details.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• End of program Sunday: 5:00 PM

There is a separate payment for Naropa’s program and for accommodation and meals at the Trimurti Center. After completing and confirming your registration form, you will receive detailed payment information.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your participation in the retreat, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation four weeks or more before the start of the retreat:
  25% of the Trimurti invoice
• Between four and two weeks before the start of the retreat:
  50% of the total retreat cost (Trimurti & Naropa invoices)
• Within two weeks before the start of the retreat:
  100% of the total retreat cost (Trimurti & Naropa invoices)

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance, as these often provide full reimbursement in case of cancellation.
